We want you to love your Scramble Monkey gear. If you're not 100% satisfied with your order, we’re here to help make it right.
Our Policy Window
Standard Orders (January - September): You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.
Holiday Orders (October - December): To make gift-giving easier, items purchased during this time can be returned or exchanged until January 30th of the following year.
Item Condition
All apparel must be in its original, new condition (unworn, unwashed, and undamaged).
Please include the original packing slip or a note with your order number in the return package.
How to Make an Exchange
Need a different size or color? No problem. We offer a straightforward exchange process.
1. Contact Us First: Email us at help@scramblemonkey.com with your order number and the new size/color you’d like. This helps us confirm we have your item in stock.
2. Ship Your Item Back: Once confirmed, send the original item to the address below.
3. We Ship Your New Item: As soon as we receive your return, we'll get your new item in the mail and on its way to you.
Shipping Costs for Exchanges
This is our way of splitting the effort to get you the right gear:
You cover the shipping cost to send the original item back to us.
We will cover the shipping cost to send the new, exchanged item to you.
How to Make a Return
If you would like a refund, simply mail the item back to us at the address below.
Shipping Costs for Returns
For a standard return for a refund, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
What if We Made a Mistake?
If you received an incorrect or defective item, we sincerely apologize.
Please contact us at help@scramblemonkey.com within 30 days of your purchase. We will cover all shipping costs to correct the issue and will provide you with a prepaid return label.
Refund Details
Timeline: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Confirmation: We’ll send you an email as soon as your refund has been processed. Please note that it may take your bank an additional 5-10 business days to post the credit to your account.
